I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean, but it turned out to be for four people when we had booked it for only two. The service was friendly but needs more attention to customers. The location was beautiful but a bit far from the capital. The dining options were poor, with limited choices and no meat available.
The hotel rooms are superbly comfortable and cutely decorated, offering plenty of privacy. However, a mix-up with the extra bed and towels provided for four instead of two was a bit inconvenient for my family.
The hotel room we booked for 2 people turned out to be ideal for a family of 4, offering plenty of space. The service, while very friendly and helpful, could improve in terms of attention to customers. The location overlooking the ocean was stunning, but the limited poolside day beds made lounging difficult. The dining options were poor, mainly consisting of cheap items like coffee and bread, yet there were delicious unlimited pancakes available. Overall, the facilities were good, with a mix of positive and negative aspects.
